Paul joined the Susquehanna Capital team in 1997 and initially
served as the CEO of a portfolio company. In 2000, Paul joined Susquehanna's
investment group. His analytical approach, combined with his management
skills and operational experience, allows him to provide effective

Jim’s background includes 13 years building his family’s
insurance and risk management business which provided him with first-hand
knowledge of the unique aspects and workings of family owned businesses.
Subsequently, he merged his family’s business into a national
broker and subsequently participated in the transfer of that business
to an ESOP. Jim joined Susquehanna in 1997 and has identified and
acquired four Susquehanna I portfolio companies and four add-on

Lucy E. Kniseley, President

Lucy worked as a tax attorney in private practice for 14
years before joining the Susquehanna team in 1998. At Susquehanna
she has directed the acquisition of most of the current
portfolio companies, the acquisition of follow-on investments

Prior to joining Susquehanna, Ed was involved in his family’s
printing press design and build company. Following the sale of the
company Ed joined Susquehanna and since 1993 he has held numerous
management positions within Susquehanna and its portfolio companies.
