Susquehanna Capital is a value oriented, private equity fund founded in 1993. We seek to devote the capital of our investors to the acquisition of small cap (revenues $5 to $125 million), historically profitable, niche manufacturing and manufacturing related companies with strong management teams. Investments in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including Ohio, are preferred. Susquehanna Capital is centrally located in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, in the heart of a manufacturing rich region. Our team of professionals have worked together since 1998 and have developed an extensive local and regional network of businessmen, investment bankers, accountants, attorneys and other professionals who assist in locating successful private equity investments. The Susquehanna Capital team consists chiefly of individuals who
have experience operating businesses sized similarly to our portfolio
companies. This experience provides us with the tools necessary
to identify attractive investments, grow the investments through
internal operational improvements, grow the investments through
external acquisitions and execute timely and successful exits. |
